1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The Imposter Game ("the Service"), operated by KG ProDesign, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

The Imposter Game is a mobile-friendly social party game platform offering both free and premium features. Premium features are unlocked via a one-time payment of $2 USD for 24-hour access.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

Premium access is provided immediately upon successful payment
Premium access expires after 24 hours from the time of purchase
WARNING: Premium access is stored in your browser's local storage. If you clear your browser data, cookies, or site data within the 24-hour period, you will LOSE your premium access immediately. NO REFUNDS will be provided if you clear your browser data.
No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Failure to use the premium features
- Technical issues on the user's end
- Service unavailability or interruptions
- Clearing browser data, cookies, or cache during the 24-hour premium period
- Switching browsers or devices
- Using incognito/private browsing mode
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Cash App)
You are responsible for understanding the features included in premium access before purchasing
Premium access is device and browser-specific and cannot be transferred between devices or browsers

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover source code

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by KG ProDesign and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
Perform scheduled maintenance with or without notice
Temporarily suspend access for technical reasons

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KG ProDesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
